No. Your training plan is built around whatever you have. A full gym, a few dumbbells at home, or bodyweight only. Tell me your setup in the application.
The program adapts with you. Hotel-room sessions, restaurant eating strategies, and check-ins that follow you anywhere. Busy schedules are the whole point of this system.
Yes. Personalized coaching is governed by a written coaching agreement. Pricing, billing frequency, renewal terms, cancellation methods, and any guarantee conditions are disclosed before purchase.
An app doesn't notice when you skip a check-in. I do. Every plan, every adjustment, and every review comes from me personally, not an algorithm.
Forty-five minutes a day, maximum, most days less. If a session can't fit your calendar that week, we restructure the week instead of pretending you'll find time.
You keep everything. The training knowledge, the eating system, the habits. Many clients continue coaching, but the program is built so you don't have to.
Written guarantee terms
A 15 lb target or guarantee applies only when it appears in your signed coaching agreement. Eligibility may require completing the full 90-day program, logging every workout, submitting every weekly check-in, and meeting every other condition stated in that agreement. Individual results vary, and no result is promised unless a specific written guarantee applies.
